Our Culture
The SmartForce Group (SFG) is so much more than a 9-to-5 company. It’s a place to express oneself and fuel one’s passion and creativity. We're a team of hair splitters, innovators, and dreamers. We're never really married to one idea; we're continually shaping our programs and our services and are always trying to reach new levels and new heights. At SFG, we aren't encouraged to think outside the box because we don’t see a box.
The one common denominator that joins all of us that work here is collaboration. It truly distinguishes the team and is the one characteristic our clients pick up on and always mention. We have a flat organizational structure where the clients reside in the middle, and our team acts as a support group to achieve the critical objectives. As such, we have a culture of creativity, energy, and collaboration. There's a sense of humility that comes with working here. Everyone understands they make an enormous contribution and that their ideas will be weighed equally with the others in the group regardless of rank or longevity.

Our facilitators are subject-matter experts who possess an in-depth understanding of all aspects of the topics they present. As such, they can offer real-life examples backed up by experience and knowledge to ensure that real learning takes place. We foster a culture that emphasizes critical thinking skills as opposed to merely absorbing information.
